HEIDI COX
A military spouse for over 23 years, Heidi has always been a bit of a creative all-rounder, developing skills in painting, song writing, poetry and acting as a welcome escape from the stresses and strains of military life. A free-lance content writer by trade, Heidi’s no stranger to the power of the written word. In recent years, her interest has morphed into the visual arts where she is hoping to launch her new business. Her passion for painting has been unearthed thanks to the amazing art course provided by the SAA. 

Heidi continues to develop her artistic skills in several directions. With the help of Robin Perko, she’s discovered the versatility of oils for landscapes, portraiture and still life, where experimenting with various techniques is key. Strong vibrant colours represent her signature style, often a key component in her iPad artwork. Heidi also paints with acrylics and is keen to take on commission work.
