Alison Williams

Alison is a retired Squadron Leader who served in the RAF as a Training and Development officer for 13 years.  She had many tours including U.K.,Germany, Cyprus, Falklands and an Operational Tour in Kosovo as a Media Operations Officer.  Her roles were varied and included training officer, instructor, squadron commander, detachment commander during Operation FRESCO (Fireman's  Strike) media ops officer.  She enjoyed sports such as cricket and rowing. Alison was medically discharged from the service after being diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in 2011.  She took part in Gareth Malone's Invictus Games Choir in 2016 performing in Florida at the opening ceremony.
